(6 Red) I like the book 365 because it is based in my favourite subject: maths. I love adding, multiplying and dividing numbers and this book reminded me of my love for maths! I would recommend it to all maths and lovers and even those who frown when they see numbers.
A math skill Year 6 learnt from reading 'How to make a million' was to make a million. We used Microsoft Word to make a million and we cloned/ copy and pasted large amounts of letters to make a million.
my favorite book is 365 because its all about how much penguin comes and knocks on the door also you are x every time a group of penguins come. the reason why i like it because it makes you think about what you need to x or + by e.g. 3x100=300 then when 25 penguins come knock on the door you can add 300+25=325 then when 35 more penguins come you can do 325+35=360 and when 5 knocks on the door you do 360+5=365 and that's how much penguins was in the house.
The book that I an currently reading is 365 penguin because when I was reading it I found out that it helps you to learn your times tables. The other reason why I like it is because there Uncle tried to save all of the penguins in Atlantic Ocean so then they won't be extinct.The following year he started to save all of the Polar Bears.
We read this book called how big is a million, the reason I like this book is because the penguin is so curious and he wants to find how big is a million and he goes all around trying to find what a million is like and finally finds that a million stars lie in the sky every day.and we also used this book to try make a million
I really enjoyed reading how big is a million because it is showing me the amount that is show in the book also it really helped me in math from Elizandra 6red
I realy like: how many jelly beans. Because first the boy gets 10 then the next and the next and the next and the next and the next and the next then maybe he gets like 100'000'000'000'000'000'000'000'000 and the shopkeeper asked to the boy'' that is to much''
